Low Newbiggin Estate Cottages

nr Whitby,

The Low Newbiggin estate is a gem of a place nestling in the North York Moors National Park. Take the kids off down the 1.5-mile private single-track road deep into the heart of the estate; it can be their own private world bounded by wooded hills and valleys and with views to the sea. For big family groups why not consider the main house - a beautifully restored farmhouse complete with huge Victorian kitchen, and plenty of space for extra beds and cots. The two courtyard cottages cater perfectly for one family at time.

Nearby attractions are sure to appeal. There’s rock pooling and beach pottering at Robin Hood’s Bay, and riding the steam trains on the North York Moors Railway (Harry Potter boarded this train to get to Hogwarts). There’s exploring Dracula’s Whitby with its crags and ruined abbey - and finishing the day with classic fish and chips from The Magpie Café.
